hah! no, i'm the one who said that about Doomsday. i still think it's just a bad-bad movie.

i thought Dark Knight got a little heavy-handed and preachy in some parts. i won't say which parts (in case there's someone out there who didn't see it). but anyways i want to see it on the screen again. we saw Ironman twice so i want to see this again, too. hehe.

i couldn't get through Beck's album. for some reason, i did not like this one at all. Farina's is pretty effin awesome.
oh. my bad! my memory's terrible. hehe. oops. i'll fix that. hehehe.

really? i didn't really feel that way about the movie... but that's just me, i guess. hehe.

i'm digging beck. although, you know, i DO love just about all things beck. nothing will ever be as good as, say, Odelay was, but he can try. hehe.

i still think i like farina better live.
haha! no need to change it. i just thought it was funny.

i've decided that rodger and i didn't quite feel Dark Knight because we're morally corrupt. therefore, some of it came across as preachy. however, we LOVED Iron Man because Tony Stark is such a bad ass, snarky character. i think that's the main difference. so...yeah. that's it. :D

there was a cool article in pajiba that summed how i felt.
hehe. funny article. i loved both movies. but the only thing i can really say is that the dark knight is a much darker film. and he is right, iron man is definitely a more positive, upbeat movie. i can't really compare the two, though, except to say that they're both adaptations of comic books.

and too late! i've changed it so i can credit the right quote to the right person. hehe.

casablanca.. really? =) I'm not much of a classics person (i think) but i did like that movie.

I still need to watch the dark knight... in imax preferably.

I liked the interview that Ali G did with the Beckhams... David Beckham is so fucking hot but his voice is so fucking not.

You've never seen Casablanca?! Well there are tons of classics that I haven't seen so I guess I can't judge ;)

Oh, and Ali G is hilarious but Todd can't watch it because he feels too uncomfortable/embarrassed for the people he's interviewing.

i was kinda excited when casablanca finally came up on my queue. hehe.

the dark knight in imax was pretty sweet :)

i haven't seen the beckham interview yet. i guess that's the second season? hehe.
oh, i haven't seen SO many of the classics! it's a little sad. my parents didn't believe in movies and tv and such. so i'm making up for it now. hehe.

ooh, i feel that same way when i watch curb your enthusiasm. and moments of Extras or the BBC version of The Office. ricky KILLS me.
